This house is cat friendly. More than two cats are not allowed per household. References are important. If you cannot provide these, you may be required to pay additional security deposit. You must keep litter boxes on non-wood or carpet surfaces. You must agree to keep litter boxes clean regularly. All cats must be declawed and neutered. Insurance is not required.
