Michael Fleckenstein spent 28 years in the real estate management and marketing field. He specializes in residential portfolio investments, and properties associated primarily with the urban professional market. Currently, he sits on the board of Crowdfunding Services LLC and is responsible for developing funding pathways for investment projects undertaken by HMS. After graduating from Western Michigan University with a MA, Michael taught at the university level, worked as an environmental consultant, developed the first national database for infectious fungus for the Department of Agriculture, and began investing in real estate. Michael is the President and CEO with responsibility for corporate management, business development and real estate marketing. He is an avid bluegrass musician and is very involved with the Great Lakes Acoustic Music Association. When he's pickin' he's grinnin'.
