Michael Fleckenstein has 30 years in the real estate management and marketing field. He specializes in residential portfolio investments, properties associated primarily with the upscale, urban furnished m2m market. After graduating from WMU with a MA, Michael taught at the university level, worked as an environmental consultant and began investing in real estate. Michael is the President and CEO and primarily involved in corporate marketing, project development and real estate marketing. Michael led the company effort to build web-based software for the industry including HMScreeing.com and Maintainware.com. He is an avid bluegrass musician and a member of the Great Lakes Acoustic Music Association.
