HMS Companies Inc. is seeking a capable property manager for its managed portfolio.

The best candidate is self-motivated, quick learner, not afraid of dispute resolution, and an inspiration to assistants and subordinate employee. The property manager is responsible to manage and oversee all the contracts and properties within the company portfolio whether owned by the company, its principals or other clients. A Weekly meetings summarizing of the condition of the division are required. During that meeting, the previous month's marketing efforts are reviewed, short-term goals are developed and progress toward previous goals are reviewed. The division manager is integrally involved in this process with the general manager principals of the company. The manager will be responsible to the company to make a profit within the division.
